We strictly DO NOT consider a refund for a change of mind or any other reason.

If at the point of delivery/pick up a product is damaged/faulty, we offer a replacement. If we are not able to provide a replacement, we offer a refund.

If it is after accepting the delivery or after the product is picked up, any damage/faulty report will be handled under our warranty terms and conditions.
